Willcox Wine Country to Host The Arizona Wine Garden Party February 26^th & 27^th 2022, at Singh Meadows in Tempe

 Two-day festival to benefit The Joy Bus & two-days of wine tasting with 15 Arizona wineries pouring over 150 wines in the Garden setting at Singh Meadows along with Arts and Crafts from Arizona Artists

 (Tempe, AZ) On Saturday February 26^th & Saturday February 27^th, 2022, The Wilcox Wine Country Partnership along with other wineries from around Arizona will host The Arizona Wine Garden Party at Singh Meadows. The Two-day Festival will feature AZ Wineries pouring over 150 Wines, Artists, Food Trucks, and live music.

The Garden Party will support: The Joy Bus Charity that is a nonprofit organization whose sole purpose is to relieve the daily struggles of people with cancer by delivering a fresh meal with a friendly face. Their mission is to improve the lives of their patrons through good food and company.

The Joy Bus was founded by award winning chef Jennifer Caraway whose tireless pursuit to help cancer patients is an inspiration.

The Garden Party is a 1^st time event being held at Singh Meadows a 72 acre oasis in North Tempe. This is a space where the community can come reconnect with nature while enjoying some great AZ Wine, Food and Live Music. Featured wineries include:

Birds and Barrels Vineyards, Strive Vineyards, Coronado Vineyards, Cove Mesa Vineyard, Barrelhead Farms Winery, Copper Horse Vineyard – CHV, Carlson Creek Vineyard, Keeling Schaefer Vineyards, Arizona Stronghold Vineyards, Coatimundi Cellars, Cella Wines LLC, Su Vino Winery, Kokopelli Winery, and Sonoita Vineyards

Saturday, Feb. 26, 2022:

11am to 12:45pm – Ramsey Roberson – The combination of award-winning bluesman Eric Ramsey and gifted strings player Robby Roberson is always a genuine treat.

1pm to 3:45pm – The Owls, featuring Amelia McLean – This up-and-coming singer songwriter is fun, original and a must-see among new, young talent in the Valley.

4pm to 7pm – The Sugar Thieves – When it comes to an authentic band with great vocals, excellent musicianship and a get-down spirit, these guys are it.

Sunday, Feb. 27, 2022:

11am to 1:45pm – Jeordie & The Mixology Project – This lady has become a pre-eminent Southwest folk-rocker and brings a strong pedigree from a famous musical family.

2pm to 5pm – Walt Richardson – There are only two stars carved into the concrete on Mill Avenue, and this is one of them. An Arizona musical legend with a world beat behind him

The modern AZ Wine Industry started in the early 1980’s however viticulture originally began in Arizona in the 16^th century when missionary Spanish Jesuit priests began to plant grapevines and make wine for sacramental use, now the wine industry in AZ has grown into over 100 licensed and bonded wineries, many have received national and international attention and accolades for their wines.
