This single vineyard high desert grown wine was hand picked from our own vines, and aged 18 months in neutral oak. With a red candy nose and ripe fruit mid-palate, this wine has a long, clean elegant finish, and will pair well with roast lamb, pastas or grilled salmon. Serve cool.
