I just love dry aromatics…I stumbled on a fabulous dry Gewurz in a remote Gisborne vineyard in NZ years ago, and have been in pursuit ever since…here’s a version: a fragrant, aromatic blend sourced entirely from our local high-desert valley vineyards. This wine will drink nicely as a sipper or pair with more robustly flavored fish, chicken and pork dishes and most Asian foods. Serve chilled. ALC 13.4% BY VOLUME
